Classic Pilates
A low impact class that enables you to master
body balance, postural strength, tone and mobility.
Our Peak Pilates Reformer™ has been specifically designed to support and
improve your technique and skill.
Dynamic Pilates
This class focuses on a functional and highly
effective practice. A dynamic and intense workout
on the Peak Pilates Reformer™ that quickly burns
calories and allows you to sculpt your body in a way
that traditional exercises cannot achieve.
Power Mat Pilates
Power Mat Pilates class combines cardio routines with mat sequences that
sculpt muscles while keeping the focus on connecting with the core.
Small tools typical of Pilates are used in an innovative way to increase intensity, calories burned and toning effects, creating a total body burn that will make you feel happier than before the class began!
All levels are welcome however there are more advance classes on
the timetable. If you are new to MÖT Studios then we recommend
booking into a 'Beginners' or 'All Levels' class for your first time.
