Her Pilates and Barre training programs are aimed to tone, to strength muscles, to improve posture through greater awareness of the body and its movements while achieving great psychophysical well-being.

Giada was born in Treviso and from an early age she became passionate about sport and fitness. After her studies she moved to London where she approached pilates in its various forms. In 2017 she completed her training as a Classical Pilates teacher at the "Equinox" institute in London. In particular, she specializes in the use of the reformer, cadillac, high and wunda chair and barrels. In the following years she continued her studies by attending workshops courses allowing her to constantly innovate her teaching method. Her main goal is to make each lesson dynamic and stimulating, without ever losing sight of the correct alignment of the body through one of the key principles of Pilates, namely the precision of movement.

Francesca became passionate about pilates in 2012 and after the lockdown she decided to change her life and switch from fashion industry to fitness, transforming her passion into a profession. A certified instructor of classic pilates at the Pi academy in London, she works on her own method getting very close to sculpt pilates (a mix between functional training and classic pilates) and makes it her signature training. Her focus is to have a strong toned body but above all harmonious in shape, in which muscle control and body’s awareness remain the cornerstones for achieving the goal.
