Pier began his career as a personal trainer and started his studies in Sports and Exercise Science in 2011, after graduating and working in some of the best clubs in Milan. In 2018, he decided to leave large gyms and embrace the MÖT STUDIOS concept, with a strong focus on the client and service quality. He specializes in functional training and comprehensive movement re-education, with a true emphasis on core training. During workouts, it is essential to focus on the “how”—technique, breathing, and the mind-muscle connection—rather than the “what,” such as repetitions, loads, or immediate results.

CHRISTIAN

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, HIIT BOXE

Christian is a sports and wellness professional with a career built on experience and dedication. From a young age, he practiced combat sports, refining his skills to reach the highest levels: as a professional athlete, he won Italian and European titles in MMA and boxing. This passion for movement led him to study Sports Science and obtain an ISSA certification as a personal trainer, with a specialization in athletic performance training. Each training session is designed to transform both body and mind, with the goal of achieving excellent performance both on and off the field. Christian is dedicated to inspiring those around him to live with courage, discipline, and determination.

PAOLA

PILATES

Paola is a Pilates teacher with almost 10 years of experience. She got her certificate in 2009 with the Polestar Pilates method in Rome. The continuous updates of the method allows her to develop more skills which -combined with her creativity - allow her to maintain excellent standards during her lessons. For Paola, the importance of Pilates is help her students understand the correct spinal alignment and stability of the core. During her classes, there is never a lack of "observation" of posture, the first step in reeducation.

Domenico graduated in Cellular and Molecular Biology and started to play sports professionally at an early age. He continued his education by gaining a master's degree in Human Nutrition and Sports and with the help of this he began working as a personal trainer combining his skills in the biochemical and metabolic fields with his training programs. He currently works as a personal trainer and teaches Pilates, his favourite discipline.

As a professional dancer he extends his training for classical and contemporary dance. Also he specializes in various holistic and fitness disciplines such as: pilates, feldenkrais, posturology, TRX, Barre. Through an in-depth knowledge of the body and its bio mechanics, his classes have a dual objective of toning the muscle tissue and at the same time increasing elasticity, which is an indispensable element to ensure the development of the muscles that are able to support the whole body skeletal system thus restoring a correct posture. The distinctive elements that characterize his classes are: harmony, flexibility, strength, energy and the concept of movement in its entirety.

Simona graduates in Social Work from the University of Catanzaro. After moving to Milan, she begins a training path as a personal trainer, launching her professional career as a physical education teacher in primary schools and as a fitness instructor. She approaches the world of Pilates by training in Matwork, Reformer, and Cadillac disciplines, later specializing in Pilates for developmental age in females, during pregnancy, and in the postpartum period.
Today, Simona works with dedication to promote movement as a tool for health, balance, and prevention, integrating technical skills and individual sensitivity into every educational and physical activity intervention.

Daniela

Daniela is a certified instructor of Pilates, Pilatesbarre, functional training, TRX and dance. She was born as a professional dancer and works in contemporary dance and aerial dance shows and events both in Italy and abroad. By studying Pilates, TRX and functional training she deepens her knowledge of the body as these disciplines have the common goals of making the body agile, toned and healthy. Her classes are aimed to achieve wellbeing and a better understanding of the body by providing students the tools for a deep conscious listening of their body.

LETIZIA

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING, HIIT BOXE

Letizia holds a degree in Sports Science and is certified in TRX and Fitboxe. Her greatest passion is helping people feel good both physically and mentally. After years of competitive swimming, she challenged herself with high-intensity training, which sparked her passion for functional training. Through high-intensity workouts, she aims to encourage clients to push their limits while also having fun, because training is not only about well-being but also about enjoyment.

Francesca S.

PILATES

Francesca became passionate about pilates in 2012 and after the lockdown she decided to change her life and switch from fashion industry to fitness, transforming her passion into a profession. A certified instructor of Contemporary Pilates at the Pi academy in London, she works on her own method getting very close to sculpt pilates (a mix between functional training and Contemporary Pilates) and makes it her signature training. Her focus is to have a strong toned body but above all harmonious in shape, in which muscle control and body’s awareness remain the cornerstones for achieving the goal.

Sara is a former competitive gymnast with a deep passion for sports and over 15 years of multidisciplinary experience, including tennis, rugby, and fitboxe. Four years ago, she discovered her love for Pilates and has since pursued training and certification with Balanced Body. Her diverse background and dedication to fitness allow her to offer dynamic, personalized Pilates sessions with a holistic approach.

Gioele began studying academic dance disciplines at a very young age. These studies led him to become a professional dancer and to develop a profound knowledge of the body and movements. At the same time he deepens his studies on biomechanics and kinesthetics, graduating in 2023 in Motor and Sports Science. Always passionate about fitness and well-being, he decided to combine his knowledge of dance and functional training to become certified in BootyBarre. Dedication, listening and commitment are key words in his training sessions.

Beatrice

Beatrice began her experience during her studies in physical sciences with Bodybalance and high intensity training (HIIT) courses. She then continued her studies obtaining a Master's Degree in "Physical activity for health and well-being", specializing in functional training, pilates matwork and personal training. She believes in the importance of knowing how to move your body with awareness and that training your body is a fun and challenging meaning to it stronger and agile to face daily life with more energy.

Matteo holds a three-years degree in physical sciences and he is a certified TRX FTC, TRX GTC and ISSA personal trainer. His hard work, studies and passion for sports and movement have motivated him to continually seek personal well-being and the body functionality. Improving your body functionality must be everyone's prerogative to achieve the best version of themselves.

With an international education and a background that combines architecture, literature, and movement sciences, Sanaz has transformed her passion for the body and balance into a true art of movement. A personal trainer and fitness instructor in Milan, she is known for her unique, elegant, and intense approach, capable of blending strength, grace, and awareness.
Her Signature classes — Core, Sculpt, and Burn — embody her philosophy: technical precision, mental control, and an aesthetic of movement that originates from within. Each session is a journey through energy, focus, and freedom, where the body becomes an expression of balance and power.

PILATES

Simone is a certified pilates instructor, toning and dance teacher. Over the years he has studied street dance in all its forms, participating in national and regional street dance and acrobatic boogie woogie championships. Over the years he deepened his study of modern, classical and contemporary dance which led him to approach and fall in love with the pilates method. He is constantly looking for forms of movement and loves to enrich his pilates classes with his artistic background.

Valeria discovered the world of training in adulthood, but her passion was so strong that she decided to turn it into a career. Personal trainer InVictus, with a Master’s degree in Postural Fitness and a Pilates trainer. She has combined weight training with Reformer training, allowing her to offer clients a complete workout experience where strength, endurance, and quality of movement come together. Soña graduated in Sports Science from the University of Prague. She arrives in Italy after a short period in London where she approaches Pilates for the first time. In Milan she follows Pilates Matwork Advanced Training courses, Pilates Props, and specializes in Pilates Pregnancy and Seniors. She specializes in Reformers, Cadillacs and Lagrees. Her approach focuses her attention on motivating and improving personal performance, challenging one's limits. Among her strong skills: smile and a great desire to make people discover this practice, suitable for everyone.

Simona was born in Naples and holds a degree in Sports Science. At the age of 11, she joined the dance school of the Teatro San Carlo in Naples, where she graduated in 2013. She continued her career as a professional dancer at the same theater, becoming part of the corps de ballet.
She expanded her training by earning certifications and specializing in Pilates Matwork, Reformer, and Cadillac at the Balanced Body school, as well as obtaining a certification in Barre.
In her classes, she aims to convey elegance, precision, harmony, flexibility, and muscular strengthening, with the ultimate goal of helping clients achieve and maintain a well-balanced body, fully capable of performing everyday activities with ease and naturalness.

Born and raised in the heart of Milan, she has always had a deep connection with the city. After a career in the fast-paced world of fashion, she felt the need to slow down. Pilates became a true turning point, allowing her to connect mind and body on a deeper level. She is passionate about sharing this practice with others, focusing in each session on dynamism and body toning.

Chiara has been involved in dance since childhood. She began teaching at the age of 18, continuously attending courses and workshops and earning various certifications. After graduating, she decided to turn her passion into her career, teaching modern, classical, hip hop, and Fit Dance full-time. She later expanded her training by obtaining certifications in Pilates (FIF) and Bootybarre.
The world of dance has given her a wealth of awareness and skills that she brings into her Pilates and Bootybarre classes. A bright and dynamic personality, she believes that physical exercise is the foundation of mental energy.

Valentina fell in love with dance at a young age and began taking lessons at her mother’s school in La Spezia. At 16, she won a scholarship to the Elmhurst Ballet School in the UK. After completing her studies, she stayed in London, dancing with various companies, including the Royal Ballet at Covent Garden. During her time there, she earned certifications to teach both dance and Pilates.
Her classes focus on toning and strengthening the body while simultaneously promoting lengthening and restoring correct posture.

A sports enthusiast since childhood, Giorgio decided to turn his passion into a career. After years of study and training, he realized he wanted to put his knowledge into practice by motivating and guiding his clients toward achieving their goals. His specialties include functional training, Pilates, and body recomposition. He has over five years of FIPE technical experience, comprehensive Pilates certification, and is a certified functional and HIIT trainer as well as an official Technogym Master Trainer.
In his classes, he focuses on conveying elegance, precision, harmony, flexibility, and muscular strengthening, with the ultimate goal of helping clients achieve and maintain a well-balanced body fully capable of performing everyday activities with ease and naturalness.

Antonio earned a degree in Sports Science and trained as a personal trainer specializing in postural exercise, Pilates, and aquatic training. Over the years, he has deepened his knowledge of the Pilates method through various training programs with recognized schools, studying the main disciplines of Matwork, Reformer, and large apparatus. His experience allows him to integrate Pilates functionally into training programs, with a focus on improving posture, strength, and body awareness. Today, Antonio promotes movement as a tool for health, balance, and well-being.

Sara was born in Croatia and has been passionate about sports since childhood. After moving to Milan for her studies, she earned a degree in Political Science and, at the same time, discovered Pilates, becoming a certified instructor in Pilates, Barre, and postural exercise. Her philosophy is grounded in strong discipline combined with continuously updated technical expertise. She helps people achieve psycho-physical balance, restoring vitality to the body and improving posture.
In her classes, she focuses on conveying elegance, precision, harmony, flexibility, and muscular strengthening, with the ultimate goal of helping clients achieve and maintain a well-balanced body fully capable of performing everyday activities with ease and naturalness.
